                                   Terms and Conditions Aurora Racing

​

1. Membership Period,

      each member must pay a monthly fee of the equivalent of €20 for a period of        12 months inclusively to avail of any club benefits; no benefits apply until this        period has lapsed.

 

      Renewal of membership, this will automatically happen every 12 months from        the members original start date, unless the club is formally informed in                  advance.

  2. Termination, all members have the right to terminate their membership,                Aurora Racing Club must receive written notice 4 weeks prior to termination          date. Should a member miss a payment due to any circumstance, Full                    payment should be received within 4 weeks or membership may be                        terminated at the discretion of management.

  3. Force Majeure

      Aurora Racing Club shall not be liable to the member or be deemed to be in          breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to        perform, any of its obligations in relation to contract or to these conditions if        the delay or failure is dune to any Act of God, Explosion, Inclement weather,          Flood, Tempest, Fire or accident, war or threat of war,sabotage,insurrection,          civil disturbance or requisition, regulations, bye-laws prohibitions or measures        of any kind on the part of any government or local authority, import or                  export regulations or embargoes, strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions          or trade disputes or power failure.

                                             Membership Benefits​

1. The first 3000 member will be entitled to a percentage of prize money received; this will be paid directly into the members account with Aurora Racing Club and members will only be eligible after a 12-month period. Missed payments and cancelations of membership within this time will mean that member will not qualify for prize money. All membership fees will go towards building racing infrastructure, American style track training facilities

      complete with club house hospitality area. Profits from the above facilities              will go back to members in a self-perpetuating manner. All prize money will          distribute to members every 1 million accrued minus costs jockey fees,                  trainers commission management fees etc.

  2. Aurora will be commercially viable aiming to produce black type performers          where possible. All profits from sale of the said horses will be returned to              members minus costs

 

  3. While the thoroughbred industry is our primary concern retired racehorses            will be retrained for other disciplines where possible i.e polo dressage etc

      These facilities in time will be accessible to members as well as members                profiting from non-members using the above.

      In the event of the club running workshops, training courses or other such              enterprises members and immediate family will receive preferential                        treatment in allocations.

  4. Home breeders , horse owners, and syndicates who have one member                  paying Aurora racing Club membership will receive discounts where possible        on future facilities

 

  5. Stable visits will be arranged in advance with all members, from time-to-time        Aurora will have Member days where other members may attend also

 

  6. Race day tickets, each member is put into a draw for race day tickets, this is          not a guarantee that each member may receive a race day ticket.  We may be        able to offer reduced rates for members from time to time depending on the        racetrack.

  7. Welcome Pack, each member will receive a welcome pack when joining                  Aurora Racing Club

​

  8. Each member will receive a discount on Aurora Racing Merchandise

 

  9. Monthly reports on each horse in training will be provided

 

10. The first 3000 members in Aurora Racing Club will be eligible after 12-month         period to receive a presentence of profits of Aurora Racing Club

 

11.  An opportunity to have an interest in every horse within the club, unlike                 other clubs where you would only have an interest in your chosen horse

 

12.  To share the enjoyment of the clubs racing colours.
